Andrea Gerson

 Founder & Career Strategist

Resume Scripter provides full-service career support for people who have trouble marketing themselves. I know how daunting it can be - relaunching my own career was one of the hardest things I've ever done!

In my late 20s, I was working in dead-end jobs and feeling completely stuck. I pushed myself to go back to school, graduating from Columbia University with a BA in Psychology and earning my MSW at NYU. I started working as a therapist and career counselor with several NYC non-profits, establishing programs to help underserved individuals obtain and maintain employment.

These experiences crystlalized how hard it can be to work towards positive change. In response to this, I launched Resume Scripter in 2011, and since then have worked with nearly 5,000 professionals to secure competitive roles. I've dedicated my own career to helping others who feel as stuck as I once did to showcase their professional potential and exceed their own expectations.

My career insights have been featured in Business Insider, Forbes, Glassdoor, Girlboss, and Recruiter.com.
